Homeowners and supporters of homeowners associations (HOAs) from around the state went at it in Raleigh Monday at a public hearing called to gather input for possible changes in the state laws governing HOAs.
The three-hour hearing was convened by the N.C. House of Representatives Select Committee on Homeowners’ Associations. The hearing focused on concerns about how homeowners associations operate, make decisions and handle funds.
