A man was seriously injured Thursday night in a one-car crash on Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road in Huntersville. Meanwhile, Concord Police are seeking a suspect in a robbery of a BB&T bank branch Thursday afternoon. Plus other items from Cornelius police files this week.

The first phase of the Bailey Road project will be a building "upscale" storage suits called Hyde Park. The units will be up to 3,000 square feet, and outfitted so you can run a small biz or use it as a "man cave," the developers say.

Area high school seniors were chosen from among 15,000 finalists nationwide for National Merit Scholarships this year. The National Merit Scholarship Corp. announced the finalists Wednesday, and the list includes local students in public and private schools.
