Davidson-based photographer Rachel Goldstein will discuss her work at the next meeting of the Lake Norman Art League on Monday, Nov. 8. The art league also recently announced winners of its fall show. We list them below. The second-annual Lakeside Artists Studio Tour will take place this Friday from 5-9pm and Saturday from 9am-6pm. Twenty Lake Norman area artists will be displaying their work at eight locations on the Brawley Peninsula. Six of the locations are artists’ home studios, while the remaining two are open homes displayed by Allen Tate Realtors.
Visitors will have the chance to see works produced by some of the region’s finest artists, including paintings, sculpture, pottery, jewelry, and woodworking, and to meet the artists themselves. Read the full story
