Rural Hill presents the North Carolina Brewers and Music Festival May 14 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with hand-crafted ales and lagers and musical performances from local and national bands, including: Chatham County Line, Eric Lindell, The New Familiars, The Mantras, Sol Driven Train, Do It To Julia and The Moonshine Racers.
The event is presented by Historic Rural Hill Inc., a 501(c) 3 nonprofit, and sponsored by McIntosh Law Firm, Mountain Khaki, Comfort Inn and Suites, Beer Connoisseur Magazine, the Charlotte Beer Club and the North Carolina Brewer’s Guild. Proceeds support the preservation of Historic Rural Hill.
Rural Hill is located at 4431 Neck Road, off Beatties Ford Road in Huntersville.

Tickets purchased before May 4 are $45 for regular admission. Tickets for people younger than 21 years old and designated drivers are $30. On May 4, prices increase to the “at the gate” rates of $60 and $40.
