The Cornelius Arts Center and the Community Arts Project (CAP) spotlight the work of their student artists in the upcoming “Aspiring Artists” exhibition, opening July 11.

The exhibition features the work of arts center students of all ages and includes pieces in different media, including sculpture, painting, drawing and more.

The Arts Center also will host an artist reception from 6 to 8 p.m. July 21 at the center, 19725 Oak Street, in the Oak Street Mill.
